This is the OFFICIAL Honda fix to the oil migration problem in the FL350 starter*
*The service bulletin has been removed. The dickhead that originally posted the copyrighted image to the web protested that I stole his material. If you need the information you are out of luck because I don't have another source of the bulletin. Just one more way that hoser is helping the odyssey community.
Essentially the bulletin tells you to keep your balancer oil level at the "low" mark of the dipstick to prevent migration of balancer oil into the generator housing where it can and will migrate into the starter.
